We build your career network by matching your profile with verified member companies from our network based on your selections of location, industry and job function.
There are just some things computers can’t do—verifying our member companies is one of them. That’s why we have staff dedicated to making sure you have the most up-to-date member company contact information at your disposal.
You have the final say in what companies are included in your career network. If you are matched with a company that you don’t want to see your resume, you can remove them with a single click. Don’t worry, if you change your mind, you can add them back just as easily.
We use industry-standard security measures to ensure that no one sees your resume or your communication with our member companies.
We will email your resume to each of the companies in your career network each month. Any updates to your resume will be included with the next distribution. This ensures that a fresh copies of your resume are in active circulation within your career network.

After each distribution you will have a complete distribution report that shows you who received your resume, when they received it and when they viewed it. This empowers you to make follow-up decisions and see who may be interested in speaking with you.
