- Upload your resume and complete your profile.
- Step Two: Email your Resume
- Your resume is automatically emailed or distributed directly to each company that has "pre-quested" to see matching profiles.
- An electronic copy of your resume is placed in their account.
- You can stop any company from viewing your profile, giving you the ability to be confidential.
- Real-time reports identify the time and day of the company that viewed your resume.
- Step Three: Follow-up and Interview
- Companies will contact you directly by phone, email, or SpiderTalk.
- SpiderTalk is ResumeSpider's private messaging system available in Plan B or Plan C.
- Use the contact information and our professional networking script (Day 5 of the "Boot Camp") to proactively follow-up and network.
